In addition, he assists clients with the creation of new charitable organizations and seeking recognition of income tax exemption from the Internal Revenue Service. Edward has experience counseling clients on matters related to guardianship appointments, international estate planning, fiduciary litigation, limited liability companies (LLCs), planned giving, asset protection planning, and the formation of private foundations and other non-profit entities.
